The library has several locations designated for study. The Habush, Habush & Rottier Grand Reading Room on the 5th floor is a popular location with a great view of Bascom Hill. The Quarles & Brady Reading Room on the 5th floor has been designated as a quiet zone, but laptops and other devices are permitted. Lower floors also offer plenty of quiet spaces. All floors have wireless access and roomy reading tables.
The Library has 8 small rooms for group study. Each room has a white board and lectern. Three rooms also have computers with large monitors & one has a TV with DVD/VCR player.
Law students may check out study rooms online at the link above or at the Circulation Desk. Rooms may be checked out in two hour increments. A valid UW ID is required. Rooms may be renewed if no one else has reserved them. Keyboards and mice for the in-room computers are also available at the Circulation Desk.
